Failed to appear
A Fort Recovery man was arrested Thursday for failing to appear in court.
Jeremy M. Springer, 21, 117 E. Broadway St. Lot 1, is charged in Jay Circuit Court with a Level 6 felony for possession of methamphetamine, a Class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia.
He’s being held without bond in Jay County Jail.
