An Albany woman’s vehicle was towed after she hit a deer along Tyson Road in Portland about 6:10 a.m. Wednesday.
Lisa R. Robbins, 60, was driving her 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt east on the road on her way to East Elementary when a deer ran in front of her car.
She wasn’t able to avoid striking the deer with the front driver’s side of the vehicle, causing between $10,000 and $25,000 in estimated damage.
