Jay County Public Library will host “An Evening of Stories” from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Claus will read Christmas stories by a Christmas tree and visitors will have the opportunity to decorate and eat Christmas cookies, make ornaments and work on special gifts for Jayland Homeless Shelter residents.
