William Bradley Stultz, age 42, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, in IU Health Jay after a sudden illness.
Born in Bluffton on Feb. 6, 1982, he was the son of Billie Long Girton. He was married on May 27, 2006, to Rachel Lowe who survives.
Brad worked at FCC in Portland as assistant manager human resources. He was a 2000 graduate of Jay County High School and attended Ball State University. He was a member of The Rock Church, Portland Lions Club and United Way, and loved traveling. He was a devoted husband, father and son and loved his friends and family.
Surviving are his wife Rachel; son Connor; daughter Nora; his mother Billie Girton of Portland; special sister Samantha Rhodehamel of Portland; in-laws Dave and Linda Lowe of Dunkirk; sister-in-law Erin Bailey of Portland; brother-in-law Jusin Lowe (wife: Danielle) of Farmersburg, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec.10, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Ransom presiding. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
