Failed to register
A Parker City man was arrested Wednesday for failing to register as a sex offender.
John F. Beeson, 52, 13771 E. 200 North, is charged in Jay Superior Court with two Level 6 felonies for failing to register as a sex offender.
He was released on a $3,000 bond from Jay County Jail.
Drug possession
A Portland man was arrested Sunday for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug.
Nicholas A. Noggler, 29, 310 E. Elder St., was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug.
He was being held on a $10,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
