Aaron Arnold

Aaron “Andy” Arnold, age 70, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Albany Health and Rehab in Albany, Indiana. He was a former resident of Dunkirk. 

Andy was born Aug. 31, 1953, in Bainbridge, Indiana, the son of Calvin J. and Mary M. (Jones) Arnold. He attended Union City Community High School. Andy worked at Tyson Foods in Portland and was a member of Job Corp. 

Andy enjoyed fishing, camping, horses, motorcycles and barbecuing with his friends and neighbors and spending time with his family.

Arnold (wife: Cindy), Richmond, Indiana, John Arnold (wife: Lisa), Union City, Indiana, Joseph Arnold (wife: Cheryl), Richmond, Indiana, Michele Markin (husband: Brian), Piqua, Ohio, and Michael Arnold (wife: Stacey), Union City, Indiana 

Several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin J. and Mary M. Arnold; one sister and brother-in-law, Carol A. Hall and Harold W. Hall; a niece, Melissa D. Hall; and a nephew William B. Hall. 

Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Pastor Gil Alicea will officiate and burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
