Portland Rotary Club Youth Services teamed up with Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corp at Jay County High School this year to raise funds for constructing a JROTC obstacle training course at the high school. Plans are to practice and host other schools for competitions. The group raised $11,925 for the project, with Jay School Corporation contributing enough to bump the project to $20,000.
