Drunk driving
An Ohio resident was arrested Tuesday for drunk driving.
Brian G. Johnson, 33, 719 Louis St., Miamisburg, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Johnson was being held in Jay County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Probation violation
A Portland man was arrested Monday for violating his probation.
Michael G. Stoner, 46, 917 S. Vine St., pleaded guilty in Jay Circuit Court to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony. He was sentenced to three years in Indiana Department of Correction with two years and six months of his sentence suspended. A petition alleging he violated the conditions of his probation was filed in court June 12.
Stoner was being held on a $1,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
