Probation violation

A Dunkirk woman was arrested Thursday for violating her probation.

Shonda L. Easton, 44, 1261 S. Main St., pleaded guilty in April 2022 to burglary, a Level 5 felony. She was sentenced in Jay Circuit Court to four years in Indiana Department of Correction with 30 months suspended and placed on probation. A petition alleging she violated the conditions of her probation was filed Jan. 12.

Easton was being held on a $10,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
