Probation violation
A Redkey man was arrested Friday for violating his probation.
Thomas L. Wright, 28, 9447 W. 700 South, pleaded guilty in Jay Superior Court to operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, a Level 6 felony.
He was sentenced to 545 days in Jay County Jail with 541 days suspended and given four days credit for time served.
A petition alleging he violated the conditions of his probation was filed in court March 13.
Wright was released from Jay County Jail on a $600 bond.
