Nominate citizens for Hall of Fame
Cincinnatus League is asking for nominations to its Hall of Fame.
The accolade honors individuals who have contributed to the community through volunteer efforts. Those selected will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on July 10 at Jay County Fairgrounds. To be nominated, an individual must have devoted time and effort to the Jay County community in ways in addition to employment and occupation, live in Jay County or have significant ties to Jay County and be at least 65 years old by July 10.
Nominations must be received by May 27.
Free exhibit
A Ball State University professor’s work is available for viewing at Jay County Campus of Arts Place.
Scott Anderson’s “Under Rodinia” will be on display through May 31 in the Hugh N. Ronald Gallery at Arts Place, 131 East Walnut St., Portland.
