Property tax bills are due Tuesday. The Jay County Treasurer's Office at Jay County Courthouse will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. this week to accept payments. They can also be placed in the drop box on the south side of the courthouse. The courthouse will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans’ Day.
