Domestic battery

Two Jay County residents were recently arrested for domestic battery.

Jennifer J. Morgan, 34, 630 Katelynn Place, Portland, was arrested Wednesday and preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony. She was being held in Jay County Jail on a  $3,000 bond.

Justin R. Bostelman, 38, 402 S. Meridian St., Redkey, was arrested Tuesday and preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony. He was being held on a $3,000 bond in Jay County Jail.

Marijuana

Two Indiana residents were arrested this week for possession of marijuana.

Susan A. Eley, 55, 110 W. Third St., Portland, was arrested Wednesday and preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony. She was released from Jay County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

Gregory N. Howell, 38, 3092 Morrow Drive, Kokomo, was arrested Thursday and preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony for possession of marijuana and a Class B misdemeanor for driving with a suspended license. He was being held on a $4,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
