Intimidation

A Portland man was arrested Tuesday for intimidation with a deadly weapon and related charges.

Corey L. Cooley, 32, 5166 S. 250 West, was preliminarily charged with a Level 5 felony, along with two Level 6 felonies for pointing a firearm and domestic battery.

He was being held on a $15,000 bond in Jay County Jail.

Battery

An Edinburgh man was arrested Tuesday for battery with body waste and other charges.

Dillion R. Kimble, 30, 23rd and Schoolhouse Road, was preliminarily charged with a Level 6 felony, along with a Level 6 felony for intimidation and two Class B misdemeanors for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

He was being held on a $4,500 bond in Jay County Jail.
