Mistletoe Market at Winterfest is scheduled for 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Jay County Fairgrounds. The event, in partnership with Cruis'n the HoliJay Lights at the Fairgrounds, will feature childrens’ activities, carriage rides, vendors and food. Santa will make a visit to the Women’s Building.
