Conspiracy
A Dunkirk man was sentenced to more than a year in jail after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit theft.
Seth N. Mills, 28, 216 East Commerce St., pleaded guilty in Jay Superior Court to two counts of conspiracy to commit theft, both Level 6 felonies. He was sentenced to 545 days in Jay County Jail and given 28 days credit for time served.
Mills was fined $25 and assessed $189 in court costs.
