Just a dusting
Less than an inch of snow falls on Jay County on Monday
After initial forecasts had called for as much as 9 inches of snow beginning Sunday, Portland residents woke up Monday to just a dusting this morning as the storm predominantly stayed further south. Pictured, light snow dusts the driveway Monday morning at Jay County Junior-Senior High School.
