Failed to yield

Damage is estimated between $1,000 and $2,500 after a Portland man turned his vehicle into another Portland man’s car while leaving Motel 6 on the north side of Portland.

Jason D. Harding Jr., 25, was driving his 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan and attempting to leave the parking lot at 1147 U.S. 27 when he turned south onto the highway, causing him to strike a northbound 2007 Subaru Impreza driven by 21-year-old Hunter R. Shaneyfelt.
