Vehicle fire

A vehicle was destroyed after it caught on fire in Dunkirk on Wednesday.

Jay County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a 2002 Mazda on fire outside Pizza King, 231 S. Main St., about 7:30 p.m. The fire started behind the steering wheel of the vehicle. Dunkirk Fire Department responded, putting out the flames in about 10 minutes.

The vehicle is registered to Heather Riley.
