Jay County Public Library will host Euchre for Beginners from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. The family event is designed for anyone ages 8 and older to learn the basics of euchre. Board and card games will be available for younger children. Registration is required by calling (260) 726-7890 or stopping in at the library.
