William Dean Decker, age 70, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026 at his home.
William was born on Nov. 14, 1955, in Lima, Ohio, the son of Wayne and Kathrine (Reed) Ensley then adopted by Bob and Margie (Reed) Decker.
In his free time William enjoyed riding his tractor and mowing, he loved watching western movies and his favorite actor was Sam Elliott.

Companion — Mariam Beaty, Portland, Indiana
Two sisters — Shirley Lapham, Columbia City, Indiana, and Treva Bowers, North Manchester, Indiana
