AS I SEE IT
Lack of control is troubling
We made it through September. We are still encouraged to wear our masks and stay away from others as much as possible.
Homecoming came in a hurry
Once again I feel like I’m in some kind of time warp.
Smart phone is frustrating
If it is at all possible I want to travel back in time to when there was no such thing as a cell phone.
Weekend was marked by concert, concern
Last weekend we attended a free concert in Muncie.
Proper precautions are key
The grandkids are finally back in school. Nobody knows how long they will stay there. Each school district seems to have their own guidelines and expectations.
Card game was a celebration
Happy birthday, Mom. We still miss you.
Tri-State show brings friends together
Way back in the mid-’60s the first Tri-State Antique Tractor and Engine Show was held.
Jadyns are everywhere now
I am beginning to think there is an invasion of the Jadyns.
Concert is more than music
We had a nice weekend in between rain showers.
Short trip was satisfying
We went out to eat at a restaurant in Richmond over the weekend.
Stop waiting on the universe
“It will be better when “ … this or that happens. I have heard that phrase my entire life and I have come to realize that it is usually false.
Plants are full of surprises
I’m not quite sure why my miniature rose is not only still alive, but blooming. I don’t have a good record with roses. If they last more than a year or two, I consider it to be some kind of miracle.
Concert came with a lesson
I spent a good part of the first set trying to figure out what the big guy in the back was playing.
It’s time to move on projects
Can you believe the year is more than half over? It is stunning how fast time flies.
Continue to strive for greatness
The Fourth of July will be here before you know it.
