MARION — The South Adams High School boys cross country team had four runners place in the top 20 Saturday in IHSAA Regional 7 on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University as the Starfires earned a berth in the New Haven semi-state.

ALBANY — The Jay County High School girls golf team had five golfers finish within two shots of each other and Katlin Petro fired a season-low 49, but the Delta Eagles defeated the Patriots Thursday 174-200 at Albany Golf Club.

ANDERSON — The Jay County High School girls swim team placed first in eight events Thursday en route to a 112-71 victory over the Anderson Indians, improving to 5-0 on the season.The Patriot boys also remained undefeated, topping the Indians 102-81 to push their record to 2-0.
