Junior high tennis face Bluffton in developmental match
The Jay County Junior High School tennis team traveled to Bluffton on Monday for a five-round meet that included four rounds of doubles matches and a final round set up in the style of a high school match.

Jay County High School’s girls track team earned its lone championship in the 4x100 relay during Tuesday’s sectional meet at Delta, utilizing its depth of talent to overcome the teams that were able to beat them in the individual sprints.

Troy Homan led the sixth-seeded Fort Recovery High School baseball team’s offense and closed out the game on the mound Thursday as the Indians down the 11th-seeded Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers 5-2 in the OHSAA Division IV Northwest 3 Sectional opener.
