Bruns helps IU-East to third-place finish
Jalyn Bruns, a 2022 Fort Recovery High School graduate, finished 24th at the Trine Spring Classic at Zollner Golf Course to propel the IU-East women’s golf team to a third-place finish out of 13 teams.
Patriots reclassified to 3A
The IHSAA announced the division alignments for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons for the sports of football, boys and girls soccer, boys and girls basketball and volleyball on Tuesday morning. The Jay County High School football team will shift down into Class 3A for the next two seasons.

Indians secure first win
