The robotics teams at Jay County High School competed Friday and Saturday at the Lock Tight All Nighter at Indian Creek High School.

Story times scheduled

Story times at Jay County Public Library will be held each Monday and Tuesday at 11:15 a.m. in January and February.

Ceramics show set

A ceramics show will be held Jan. 15-Feb. 26 at Arts Place, Portland.

Several Jay County residents graduated in December from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion.

Warriors of the month named at Judge Haynes

Judge Haynes Elementary School named its Warriors of the Month for December.

Organization needs matching grant

A local service that has been helping prenatal mothers and young mothers in Jay, Blackford and Randolph counties will now have to come up with a matching grant to continue receiving state funding.

Library to have book sale

Friends of Fort Recovery Public Library will have a used book sale Monday, Jan. 24, through Saturday, Jan.  29, during regular library hours.
