PORTLAND — Just when it looked like they might be down and out, Kurtis Hess and Bill Spahr proved other wise. Both overcame three-point deficits in their final match of the Jay County individual regional wrestling tournament Saturday, finishing in third place and giving the Patriots two semi-state wrestlers for the second straight season.
