For the last several seasons, the Rockets had dominated the series with their closest rival. But this year, they dropped their first two meetings against the Decatur Dirty Birds. On Wednesday night, Portland dusted itself off and rallied from a 3-0 deficit behind a group of area graduates and a returning Rocket in his first home game of the season to hand Decatur a 7-3 defeat.
