Fireworks light up the sky on the north side of Jay County Fairgrounds on July 16, 2022, in celebration of the 150th year of the Jay County Fair. The Jay County Fair kicks off this weekend — a week earlier than in recent years — and will continue through next weekend, including the Independence Day holiday.
