Fort Recovery High School's Mara Pearson crosses the finish line first in the 4x100-meter relay during the preliminary race for the OHSAA Division III state track and field tournament on Thursday at Welcome Stadium in Dayton. Fort Recovery moves on in three events at state track and field tournament
The Fort Recovery High School girls track team competed in the OHSAA Division III track and field state prelims at Dayton Public Schools’ Welcome Stadium on the University of Dayton’s campus on Thursday. Fort Recovery moved onto the finals in three of their events. The finals will begin at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow , with distance runners Trevor Heitkamp and Natalie Brunswick joining to total six events for the Indians.
