Jay County Junior-Senior High School students returned to in-person classes after a week away from the building following the Sept. 22 tornado. Jay School Board during a special meeting Monday approved a resolution allowing superintendent Jeremy Gulley to act on its behalf "to regain and ensure continuing school function and the safety and well-being of our school community.” The resolution is retroactive to Sept. 22.
