Jay County turns ball over 25 times in 48-point loss to PHHS

The Jay County High School girls basketball team couldn’t slow down the potent offense of the Pendleton Heights Arabians on and couldn’t jumpstart its own either, leading to a 77-29 loss on Thursday.
