Much of the session revolved around financial issues, including legislation on property taxes, health care costs and grant programs. Following a question from Jay School Corporation superintendent Jeremy Gulley, Holdman committed to fixing an issue that saw projected property tax hits for Jay County and some other counties go up from the original version of the bill to a modified version.
