Voting locations will be at Jay and West Jay community centers beginning with 2026 primary
Starting in the 2026 primary, Jay County will use two vote center locations for Election Day — Jay Community Center in Portland and West Jay Community Center in Dunkirk. Voters may cast their ballots at either location.
