Emma Hatzell, a defender on the Jay County High School girls soccer team, boots a ball away from Delta’s Shiloh Bunch as she drives down field during a 7-0 loss at the hands of the Eagles on Tuesday. The Patriots held Delta to two goals in the entire first half before giving up four goals to Avery Jarrells in the first eight minutes of the second half. The Jay County High School girls soccer team struggled to get good looks at the goal against the Delta Eagles, while Avery Jarrells had a foot in every goal of the 7-0 defeat on Tuesday.
