The Jay County High School Marching Patriots' snare drummers lean into their performance Saturday night during the Muncie Spirit of Sound contest at Southside Middle School. After opening with a runner-up finish at home Friday, the Marching Patriots scored 69.875 points to trail defending state champion Kokomo (74.25) and Muncie Central (73.875).
