Jay County High School’s Caleb Garringer (32) leads Winchester’s Hunter Patterson and teammate Dash Thacker early in the meet on Tuesday. Garringer had the top time of 17 minutes, 34.55 seconds, to lead JCHS to an 18-40 victory. (The Commercial Review/Andrew Balko)
