The community shoud be proud
Letters to the Editor
To the editor:
I am writing to offer my congratulations to The Commercial Review staff, specifically Jack, Kelly, Samm, Ray and Chris.
In a day and age where a daily newspaper is becoming something akin to a technological dinosaur, we as a community should be proud of The CR.
At the risk of showing my age, one of the highlights of my day is to relax with the paper in the evening. On Saturday mornings, along with my first cup of coffee, I enjoy reading The Commercial Review.
As someone who remembers the days before Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, etc., it is nice to have something "organic" to hold in my hands. The feel of the paper, the stain of print ink, is something you just can't get from a piece of plastic and a touch screen.
For a "small town" paper I don't think we do bad at all.
