A Dunkirk man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a Jay Circuit Court warrant.
Joseph Batio, 24, 8710 W. 300 South, is charged with violating the probation in a case of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a Class A felony.
He was booked at 3:59 p.m. into Jay County Jail, where he remains under no bond.
