Ashley, Mamet to wed in July (01/27/06)

Laura Ashley and Julien Mamet are planning a July 29 wedding in the Florida Keys.

A 1996 graduate of Zionsville High School, Laura graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2000 with a degree in business. She worked for Sony for two years and Xerox for one year. She lives in Los Angeles and will graduate from UCLA in June with a masters degree in business administration focusing on international marketing. Her parents are Mike and Lana Ashley, Zionsville, and her grandparents are Charles and Lila Jean Ashley and Bob and Lorna Snyder, all of Portland.

Julien received a master’s degree in genetics and biochemistry from the University of Lyon in 1999 and a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Nice in 2004. He works for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in San Diego, Calif., and is the son of Christian and Claudine Mamet of Annecy, France.[[In-content Ad]]
