Bloomfield gets four stars
For the 12th time, Jay County’s Bloomfield Elementary School has been named a Four Star School by the Indiana Department of Education.
Schools that earn that distinction are those that perform in the upper 25th percentile of schools on the ISTEP+ and end of course assessment exams.
