Lindsey Kay Bost and Justin Lee Mann are planning a Sept. 8 wedding.
Lindsey is the daughter of Randy and Selena Bost, Dunkirk. She is a 2002 graduate of Jay County High School and earned an associate degree in office administration from Ivy Tech in 2005. She works in Jay County Circuit Court in Portland.
