Amanda "Mandi" Renee Buckner and Nicholas "Nick" Tyler Willoughby plan to be wed in a Sept. 27 ceremony at Calvary United Methodist Church in Dunkirk by the Rev. Rusty Clements.
Mandi is the daughter of Greg and Julie Buckner, Dunkirk. She is a 2003 graduate of Delta High School and is employed at CrossRoads Financial Federal Credit Union, Dunkirk.
Nick is the son of Jim and Mendi Willoughby, Dunkirk. He graduated from Jay County High School in 2006 and works at Mosey Manufacturing Company in Dunkirk.
A reception will follow the ceremony at Frank Merry Park in rural Dunkirk.
