Cara is the daughter of Rick and Sarona Fullenkamp and Roger and Cheryl Geesaman, all of Portland. She is a 2004 graduate of Jay County High School and earned an associate's degree of nursing from Ivy Tech Community College this year. She is employed at Fullenkamp Machine, Portland.
