Tiffany Nichole Clevenger and Justin Michael Ridgway are planning a Dec. 12 wedding.
Tiffany is the daughter of Gregory and Suzanne Clevenger. She is a 2007 graduate of Winchester Community High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Indiana University East.
