Jamie Lyn Phenis and Travis Michael Coats are planning an Aug. 6 wedding at the Family Worship Center in Portland.
A 1997 graduate of Randolph Southern High School in Lynn, Jamie is employed at Bixler Insurance in Portland.
She is the daughter of Duwayne Phenis, Lynn and Linda Keys, Winchester.
Travis is a 2002 graduate of Jay County High School and graduated from Ivy Tech State College in 2005 with an associate’s degree in computer graphics. He is employed at Ponderosa and the Jay County Courthouse in Portland.
