Elise Chantel Jester and Ryan Arthur Clark are planning a Sept. 24 wedding.
A 1999 graduate of Jay County High School, Elise earned a bachelor’s degree in family and child counseling and psychology from Ball State University in 2003. She is employed at the Child Study Center at Ball State University. Her parents are Troy and Anita Russell, Louisville, Ky., and Dana and Ruth Jester, Wheatridge, Colo.
Ryan graduated from Jay County High School in 1997 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance in 2003. He is employed at Clark Contracting in Redkey and is the son of Bud and Linda Clark, Redkey.
