Amber Ridgway and Ryan Fifer are planning a Dec. 15 wedding.
A 2001 graduate of Jay County High School, Amber also graduated from James A. Rhodes State College in June with an associate's degree. The daughter of Michael and Sheryl Ridgway, Portland, she is a dental hygienist for Dr. Jeffery A. Rector. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association.
Ryan is a 1999 graduate of Jay County High School and is employed at A. Landon Excavating. He is the son of Larry Fifer, Bryant, and the late Sharon Fifer.[[In-content Ad]]
