Mr. and Mrs. Ned Rees, 205 Oak St., Portland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Danielle Rees, to Kevin Andrew Fraze, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fraze, 6141 East 400 North, Union City.
The couple has set an Aug. 7 date for their wedding at the First Presbyterian Church in Portland.
The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Jay County High School and holds a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education from Hanover College. She is a teacher and coach at East Jay Middle School.
Her fiancé is a 1996 graduate of Union City Community High School and a 2000 graduate of Tri-State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in physical education and health. He is employed by the Randolph Eastern School Corp. and Fraze Farms, Inc.
