Michelle Boyd and Scott Penrod are planning a Dec. 1 wedding in Honolulu.
Michelle is a graduate of Southern Wells High School and Adams County EMS Training Academy. She is employed at Adams County EMS and is manager of the IDC Restaurant in Pennville. She is the daughter of Leo and Pam (Jarrell) Holmes, Bluffton, and Roger and Sue Boyd, Portland.
Scott is a member of Millright Local 1029 and works at MFI Fabricates and is a farmer. He is the son of Robert Penrod, Pennville, and the late Thelma Penrod.[[In-content Ad]]
